Our Chapman Freeborn team in the Americas is seeking a Marketing Associate or Specialist to help expand our global brand! This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Marketing and public relations with an exciting, international company!

We will provide the successful candidate with training, as well as industry know-how.

Purpose of Role

  • To strengthen the company’s brand position and to proactively reinforce the overall marketing efforts in the US region.
  • To implement effective marketing campaigns that meet the group’s objectives for new business generation and customer engagement.
  • Actively work with global sales agents in the US region to strengthen sales in this area.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinating written content for e-marketing and working in partnership with the digital marketing team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Liaising with outside suppliers including printers, event organizers, etc.
  • Supporting sales activities with targeted presentations, proposals, and other support – ensuring that all marketing material aligns with group marketing procedures.
  • Coordinating the company’s presence at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Assisting with website content generation (luxury travel, aviation, and logistics) as part of our SEO strategyPR, Media, and Content Generation
  • Working with the global marketing team to increase the profile of Chapman Freeborn and all subsidiary companies – including traditional press releases, PR activities, and rich media content generation.
  • Researching and identifying opportunities for free exposure (as an alternative to print advertising).
  • Work with the digital marketing team in the creation of blog articles and rich content to increase our visibility through search results and online campaigns.Communication
  • To work in partnership with the marketing team in shaping marketing activities in the US region.
  • Participate in conference calls to ensure effective sharing of information and full awareness of others in the global Marketing Team and other offices.
  • Maintain the appropriate communication to stay up to date with the global Marketing team.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on Chapman Freeborn’s voice, language, visual identity, and logo usage –
  • establishing and maintaining the templates the team and group work from.

    Qualities We Look For

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications
  • 1-3 years of experience with event coordination, administration and management
  • Graphic experience; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Social Media experience / content creator
  • Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
