2017 Belgium Grand Prix | Private Jet Charter
Motor racing fans will already know that the 2017 Belgium Grand Prix will be held at the challenging Spa-Francorchamps circuit between 25 and 27 August. Located between the villages of Spa and Francorchamps in eastern Belgium, the circuit boasts varying elevations and wide-open corners in and around the enigmatic Ardennes forest. Drivers rate the Spa-Francorchamps circuit as one of their favourites, despite the often unpredictable weather that adds even more drama to the 44 lap race.
Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel (who, at the time of writing, is leading the 2017 F1 driver’s table) owns the lap record at Spa-Francorchamps (1:47:263), which he secured in 2009. Can Brit hero Lewis Hamilton topple him?
Belgium Grand Prix 2017 Race Calendar

Attractions in Spa, Belgium
As its name suggests, the town of Spa is renowned for its mineral waters (a popular resort for the Romans apparently) and bottles its own water. Relax at the Les Thermes de Spa, a hilltop sanctuary with hammans, indoor and outdoor pools, and therapy rooms situated high above the town. The area is also a hiker’s paradise with mountains, valleys and forests to discover.
The less energetic will enjoy Spa’s galleries, museums and many cafes and restaurants. Visit the stone churches of Notre Dame and St. Remacle – constructed in Rhenish-Romanesque style. Spa is also home to the world’s oldest casino, built in 1763 by a bishop from nearby Liege. Belgium’s capital Brussels is only a two-hour drive if you prefer big city culture, shopping and nightlife.
