Data Entry Administrator
We currently have a new role formed in our Business Systems and Processes team for a Data Entry Administrator to join on a fixed-term contract of 12 months to support on an exciting project within the department. The role supports teams across the business to bring together customer and supplier data from multiple sources. The successful candidate will be tasked with gathering data, identifying gaps, tidying data and information sourcing and data entry.
Around 2-3 years’ experience of data handling or working with databases would be ideal to succeed in this role. Transferable skills from similar positions such as accounting, payroll or data entry roles within an office based environment would be highly appreciated. A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel will be required for this position and some knowledge of Macros would also be highly desirable to bring to the role.
A highly focused candidate who enjoys independent work with aspects of team collaboration would be a great fit for this position. We would be looking most for a candidate bring an exceptional eye for detail and is looking for a satisfying challenge within a hardworking team.

- Update and link data from separate systems to allow a single source of truth
Key Job Responsibilities
- Update data from various databases with key information
- Identify inaccuracies and ensure corrected and consistent
- Search for missing information using sources on the Internet
- Use Excel and Macro’s to enter and automate data processes
- Review and propose improvements to manual tasks that could be automated
