Senior VIP & Passenger Charter Broker

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior VIP & Passenger Charter Broker to join our VIP & Passenger Charter division at our office in Dubai. It is essential for any candidate to bring several years of experience from working as a charter broker within the commercial aviation industry. This includes managing all aspects of a passenger charter flight, including putting offers together to handling the flight operation and managing a portfolio of clients. Purpose of the role

  • To work with existing clients and potential clients and handle enquiries from their conception to execution by offering tailored solutions suitable to client requirement within budgetary and operational restrictions whilst making a suitable profit for the company.  

Flight Quoting

  • Communicate effectively with aircraft providers for offers.
  • Use established in-house systems and formats to log and generate quotes
  • Negotiate with aircraft providers when necessary to procure best value for clients.
  • Evaluate suitable commission schedule.
  • Ensure timely offer with detailed and accurate information is provided for clients.
  • Follow up regularly and work towards​confirmation.​

Flight Booking

  • Ensure all contracts, insurance and regulatory matters are accurate, legally compliant and that company requirements are met.
  • Verify supplier contract in detail and ensure all terms comply with CF charter agreement.
  • Issue flight brief with all flight related information.
  • Communicate with suppliers at all times to ensure clients’ requirements are met.
  • Use established in-house systems and formats to log and generate operational​documentation.

Client Relationship Management

  • Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter solutions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with both key clients and new business​leads to maximise​business opportunities and increase client loyalty in an industry where client retention is never guaranteed.
  • Manage all operational aspects of charters from the first enquiry to completion of the trip.
  • Ensure client is always kept informed of any development linked to specific bookings.
  • Building up strong relationships when making cold calls to new clients.
  • Visit clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintain relationships with operators.​

Contract Management

  • Ensure all contracts are made according to company requirements, are accurate and legally compliant.
  • Ensure all contracts that are signed by the Passenger and VIP Charter team are done so according to company requirements and are legally compliant.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on issues relating to contracts to ensure these are​addressed.​


  • Ensure invoices are raised correctly with accurate information and payments are paid by clients and to suppliers​in an agreed time scale.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to maximise profits on individual files or to assist for others’ files.
  • Ensure payments are kept up to date and monitored for any late or delayed​payments.​

Information Management

  • Ensure all client and supplier data is kept up to date and is managed in a discreet and legal compliant manner.
  • Keep up to date on latest operational capabilities of aircraft, airports and handlers.
  • Keep up to date on latest aircraft availability and airport and control authority procedures.


  • To travel when required in line with business needs
  • Participate in a rotating out of hour’s duty rota within the commercial team.​
