Leased A320 aircraft pays Chapman Freeborn’s HQ a flying visit

Chapman Freeborn has chartered and leased aircraft flying all over the world but it’s always good to see one of our contracted planes fly past the window of our London Gatwick headquarters.

This A320 aircraft features an unusual all-black colour scheme and is currently operating on an ACMI lease flying holiday makers from London Gatwick to the Greek Islands on behalf of UK tour operators.

In May it was reported in the travel press that holiday and flight bookings to crisis-hit Greece are still soaring in 2012, despite the country’s economic woes.

The Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) said recently that for those travelling overseas, Spain and its islands were the number one holiday destinations followed by Turkey and Greece.
