Take a Private Jet Hire to Croatia

With its Mediterranean climate, fabulous food and warm welcome, Croatia is a destination to rival its Italian neighbour on every level.

Whether you’re sailing down the stunning Dalmatian coastline or spending a long weekend on a Dubrovnik city break, Croatia’s diverse cities and beautiful countryside have so much to offer.

Your private jet charter will touch down in the capital Zagreb, Split or Dubrovnik, all three busy and well-serviced airports.

And once you’re there, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Spend a week in Split visiting sights such as Diocletian’s Palace and enjoying the varied nightlife and restaurants of this vibrant city, or Dubrovnik described by George Bernard Shaw as the Pearl of the Adriatic. This stunning city became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the late 1970s and when you visit the Old Town, you’ll see why.

For many visitors island hopping is the biggest draw. Charter a boat, with or without crew, and visit the islands of Korcula, Hvar or Brac. Drop anchor in a quiet bay, before swimming ashore and sampling the fresh produce of a beach-side restaurant.

Croatia may not be as highly regarded as countries like Italy, but it offers the very best in accommodation, food and wine.

Famous eateries include Monte set in the stunningly situated town of Rovinj, in the region of Istria. Sample the best in fresh, seasonal produce sourced from local fishermen, farmers and producers and paired with the tastiest local wines.

Or experience the cool and sophisticated ambience of Noel, the first and only restaurant in Zagreb with a Michelin star to its name. Unusual, colourful dishes include trout with horseradish and tapioca, plus an extensive wine and cocktail menu.

Accommodation is plentiful from the luxurious appeal of 5-star hotels such as Grand Hotel Brioni, close to the ancient city of Pula to the privacy of a beachside villa or converted farmhouse in the heart of the Croatian countryside.

Hire a property with a pool and make the most of the warm climate, or go all-in at the beach and enjoy the azure waters of the Adriatic Sea.

When it comes to the best time of year to visit, between June and August are the most popular times with tourists. Rarely falling below 23°C and with a maximum of around 30°C, if you love long sunny days this is the perfect time. May and September are pleasantly warm and the winters cooler still.

Don’t overlook this country, full of character, heart and the perfect destination to book a charter plane.
