Airbus A380 makes one-off appearance at London Gatwick

The world’s largest passenger aircraft made a one-off appearance at LGW today at 12:30pm GMT. The aircraft which was flown from Dubai will spend 2 hours in LGW before returning to Dubai at 3:30pm

Emirates already operates its superjumbo on selected services into both London Heathrow and Manchester airports, but this will be the first time Gatwick has welcomed a scheduled A380 service.

Chapman Freeborn HQ is lucky enough to be in a prime location to watch the aircraft land into Gatwick, below is a photo of the superjumbo from our office window!
