Chapman Freeborn and Aviation Logistics Network form new strategic alliance

Chapman Freeborn Airchartering is delighted to announce the formation of a new strategic partnership with Aviation Logistics Network (ALN), the leading international network of aviation logistics professionals.

The global aircraft charter specialist will help to further strengthen ALN, an independent association of international logistics service providers specialising in the transportation of time-critical freight for the aerospace industry.

The partnership will provide ALN clients with fast, effective 24-hour solutions to AOG situations worldwide – including cargo charters for engines and spare parts, as well as on board courier (OBC) services for small shipments.

Pierre Van Der Stichele, director of business development for Chapman Freeborn, said:

“We’re delighted to have the opportunity to work in partnership with ALN as the leading logistics organisation in its field. A grounded airliner can potentially cost its operator hundreds of thousands in lost revenue, and the ability to provide an urgent air charter or OBC service on a 24-hour basis is critical.”

Ralph Perkins, managing director of ALN, said:

“The decision by Chapman Freeborn to join with ALN adds further value for our clients and provides the aerospace industry with a unique combination of service options for AOG, critical and routine logistic needs. We welcome Chapman Freeborn to ALN and look forward to working with them .”
