Chapman Freeborn has won the title of International Charter Broker of the Year at the STAT TIMES awards – an accolade which we also picked up at the last event in 2014.
International freight forwarders and cargo airlines have once again voted us as their favourite cargo charter provider. The STAT TIMES International Awards for Excellence encourage the promotion of quality services in the air cargo industry.
Shahe Ouzounian, Chapman Freeborn’s COO, collected the award last night on behalf of the group at a glittering ceremony in Rivonia, South Africa as part of Air Cargo Africa 2015.
The event has provided the perfect backdrop to the ceremony, with Africa being the world’s second-largest both in terms of land mass and population, air transport is seen as an important factor in Africa’s future economic and social development.
Chapman Freeborn was the first international air cargo charter company to establish a presence in Africa and has offices in South Africa and Uganda.
