Latha Narayan was appointed as President, APAC in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of international aviation experience spanning commercial strategy, business transformation, product ownership, and revenue optimisation. Before joining Chapman Freeborn, she held senior leadership positions, where she was responsible for driving commercial growth and overseeing complex operations across multiple markets.
Prior to her current role, Latha worked as an independent aviation and cargo consultant, supporting organisations with strategic planning, network development and digital transformation initiatives. At Chapman Freeborn, she leads the company’s strategic and commercial direction across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on expanding operations, improving performance, and strengthening collaboration across cargo, passenger and business aviation services.
