Russi joined Chapman Freeborn as a trainee charter broker over 36 years ago, when he saw an advertisement for the role in a newspaper. A few years later in 1990 he took over management of Chapman Freeborn Germany, and of the group’s global cargo product in 2000. He became CEO in 2009, and now sits as Advisor To The Board. Russi is passionate about the aviation industry and its people, believing that strong partnerships with employees, business partners and customers is essential for long-term cooperation and success.
