Chapman Freeborn, the global air charter specialist and part of Avia Solutions Group, has appointed Gavin Nash as Global Director – Oil & Gas.
Nash brings over 11 years of experience in delivering and managing supply chain operations globally in the oil and gas sector to Chapman Freeborn, as well as a Master’s degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management.
Chapman Freeborn has been instrumental in providing air charter services to the energy industry for over 50 years, and in his new role Nash will focus on strategically developing these operations further, working closely with colleagues and teams across the world to execute long and short term objectives.
He will also utilise his experience and connections in the industry to grow and enhance the company’s existing customer base globally.
Nash comments, “I’m delighted to join Chapman Freeborn and bring my knowledge of the energy industry to help develop a strategy that enhances our existing customer experience, but also attract new clients, whether this is oil and gas producers, service companies (upstream and downstream), or the logistics companies that partner with them.

Nash will report into Neil Dursley, Group Chief Commercial Officer at Chapman Freeborn.

Nash enjoys running and watching his local football team, and spends his spare time with his wife and their two young children.
