If you’re looking to do more than hit the beach the next day, you might want to check out the golf course, go horseback riding or take in some of the city’s culture.

You’ll find botanical gardens to explore and the Cultural Centre on the Cuale River offers regular dance, music and art exhibitions.

Head to the colourful city markets, especially the Art and Market at the Marina, which has grown into something of a festival, featuring arts, craft, and live music.
