Attracting artists, musicians, dancers and other creatives, the houses here are basically corrugated zinc-covered shacks, painted in vibrant colours left over from Genoese port workers. El Caminito is named after a 1926 tango song. Wander along the street and enjoy the tango demonstrations crafts and souvenirs as well as the Museum of Decorative Arts of Quniquela Martin.

Buenos Aires Tango

Argentina is the home of tango, with Buenos Aires the unofficial capital of this incredible dance form. Teatro Colon

La Bombonera

Maradona’ (hand of God’s) spiritual home, La Bombonera, is home to the famous Boca Juniors.
