Chapman Freeborn has received approval under the Joint Certification Program (JCP), administered by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and jointly overseen by the U.S. Department of Defense and Canada’s Department of National Defence.

This certification further strengthens Chapman Freeborn’s ability to support government, defense, aerospace, and strategic mobility programs involving controlled technical data in mission-sensitive operational environments. It also enhances the company’s eligibility to support global opportunities connected to U.S., NATO, allied government, and defense contracting requirements.

“As governments and allied organizations across the U.S., EU, and NATO continue accelerating investment in defense readiness, resilient logistics, and industrial base expansion, Chapman Freeborn is continuing to strengthen the compliance and operational framework required to support evolving government and strategic mobility requirements,” said Aniko Mersek, President – Americas at Chapman Freeborn. “DLA-JCP certification is an important milestone in that process and reinforces our position as a trusted commercial partner for complex, mission-sensitive aviation programs.”

The approval complements Chapman Freeborn’s existing government contracting infrastructure, including active registration within the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) ecosystem, continued advancement along a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 readiness pathway, and its General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule (GSA-MAS) contract supporting U.S. Government procurement activities for passenger airlift. The company’s broader compliance framework also includes its Code of Conduct, Compliance Policy, ESG Policy, and global supplier vetting practices, including screening for denied parties, sanctions, and aviation sector blacklists.

“Current policy initiatives across the U.S., EU, and NATO increasingly emphasize the importance of contested logistics readiness, distributed operational capability, and resilient transportation infrastructure capable of supporting strategic mobility, contingency operations, and government-directed humanitarian assistance/disaster response (HA/DR) missions across geographically diverse operating environments,” said Cam Bolton Wilson, Vice President of Government & Humanitarian – Americas at Chapman Freeborn. “This certification further enhances Chapman Freeborn’s ability to align with those requirements and support programs where operational agility, compliance, and trusted partner status are essential to support, move, reinforce, supply and sustain forces.”

Chapman Freeborn continues to align its operational capabilities, governance structure, and strategic partnerships with long-term government, defense, and strategic mobility requirements. The company remains committed to building a scalable, compliant, and mission-ready platform capable of supporting evolving global mobility requirements in an increasingly dynamic security environment.
