Charlie began his career at Intradco Global in 2011 as a stall manager and in-flight project manager. He became Director in 2015 when he took over from his father, company founder Eddie McMullen, and in 2023 was named CEO. Charlie’s role is to expand the business across global markets, focusing on sustainable international growth. He uses his hands-on expertise to lead the global product development, sales strategy, personnel development and design of the company’s industry-leading in-flight equipment.

Since 2015 Intradco has developed from a UK centric company with 4 full time employees, to a 35+ personnel company with offices in UK, Dubai, Toronto and recently Miami.
