Chapman Freeborn has just marked 45 years of success in the aviation industry. Over the past four and half decades we’ve grown from a small UK-based operation to become an internationally-renowned business with a global footprint.
As a thank you to our staff, and as a celebration of the key milestone in our history, over 200 colleagues from all areas of the business were flown to Malta for a weekend of fun and activities.
Staff enjoyed a pirate battle at sea on board privately chartered Turkish gulets, a high-tech treasure hunt around an ancient town, a private BBQ by the water’s edge and an evening event in a 6,000 year-old fortified settlement.
We are fully aware that the success of our global business is, in no small part, thanks to our expert staff and their ongoing commitment shown every day. From company weekends to regular team-building events, we aim to create an exciting and rewarding culture that motivates employees and provides career development opportunities to attract and retain the finest talent.
Below you’ll see a few highlights from some of our recent company weekends.
Kraków (2010)
Venice (2011)
Palma (2012)
Windsor (2013)
Munich (2016)
