Four passengers were originally scheduled to fly the two-hour journey from Ballina in Byron Bay to Melbourne in a Citation Ultra aircraft on 16th February 2021. However, just a couple of days beforehand on the 14th, the flight had to be changed due to changes in travel restrictions.
The passengers requested for the flight to be changed to 18th February, and the same time that this change took place, the group also grew by an extra three people – with just a few days’ notice.
Thanks to Chapman Freeborn Senior VIP Charter Broker Justin Marshall, the changes were able to be accommodated. Justin also coordinated with the operator, ACJC, to organise all appropriate policies and documentation for the flight, including very important COVID-19 forms that had to be completed for each passenger at the request of Melbourne NSW Health.
The passengers enjoyed their journey, with the added touch of individual snack boxes for each of them, personally tailored to their specific dietary requirements.
